![]() Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) is an organization serving the massage, bodywork, somatic and esthetic professions. Established in 1987, ABMP is comprised of more than 40,000 practitioners across the U.S. and Canada. As a condition of membership, ABMP verifies that practitioners have graduated from a recognized training program and obtained any state licensure required. All ABMP members are also required to follow an established code of ethics. When you receive a treatment from a practitioner associated with ABMP, be assured you're in good hands. ![]() The American Massage Therapy Association represents more than 46,000 massage therapists. AMTA works to establish massage therapy as integral to the maintenance of good health and complementary to other therapeutic processes. To advance the profession, AMTA promotes ethics and standards, supports National Certification and massage school accreditation, and requires continuing education. |
